Housing growth in the UK is still growing with a Construction PMI reading of 62.5 in March and with the housing activity still improving at 64.4. The Halifax index showed a 8.7% year-on-year increase in house prices but its month-on-month decreased by -1.1%, which is the first decrease in 15 months.
