Track vessel activity and verify cargo and vessel documentation with confidence
Following the recent North Korea sanctions advisory dated (March 21, 2019) issued by the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Affairs (OFAC), IHS Markit can support analysis requests in relation to:
- Disabling Automatic Identification System (AIS)
- Physically altering vessel identification
- Ship-to-Ship transfers
- Falsifying cargo and vessel documents
- Manipulating AIS
