'Flash' PMI surveys show Eurozone woes, Asia rebounds and US factory growth hits four-year high
Markit's flash PMI" data for June pointed to resurgent expansion in Asia alongside signs of a strengthening recovery in the US. Growth disappointed in the eurozone, due largely to a gathering downturn in France. But the region's recovery continued with the 'periphery' even outpacing both Germany and France for the first time since 2006.
